| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To attain inexpensively the laser light control with good response, by constituting a main circuit element used for a control circuit of a feedback control with a comparison circuit, an up-down counter and a D/A converter. CONSTITUTION:The intensity of the laser light generated from a laser diode 1 is detected at a photo diode 13, and an analog detecting signal outputted from this diode 13 is compared with a reference electric signal for the level at the comparison circuit 16. When the analog detecting signal is smaller than the reference electric signal, a binary signal outputted from the circuit 16 turns to an H level and when larger, the binary signal turns to an L level. The up-down counter 17 is in the up count mode when an output of the comparator 16 is the H level and is in the down-count mode when L level, and counts a sampling clock. A digital output signal outputted from the counter 17 is converted 19 into an analog signal. A constant current circuit 5 is controlled with this signal and the current value of the diode 1 is set. |
