英文摘要PURPOSE:To attain ease of adjustment of irradiated quantity of light and check of irradiating operation or the like by controlling the irradiated quantity of light in constant value in response to a detected output of the irradiated quantity of light so as to attain irradiating operation at a desired timing. CONSTITUTION:The laser light from a generator 1 is converted into an electric quantity by a detecting circuit 11, compared with a reference value of a reference level circuit 13 at a comparator circuit 14 and the propriety of resetting of an FF15 is decided in response to the result of comparison. When the FF15 is reset, the value of a counter 16 is held, an output of an OR circuit 32 is switched into a picture signal VIDEO, and the generator 1 is flickered in synchronizing with the signal VIDEO. When a micro switch 24 is operated by the operator, an output of a chattering preventing circuit 25 goes to a high logical level, the FF15 is set by an output pulse of high logical level from a pulse synchronizer 26 delayed for a prescribed time and the quantity of laser light is adjusted by the output of the OR circuit 23.
