| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a optical memory monitor circuit having simple circuit constitution causing no loss to projecting beams by adding a means through which voltage between a positive electrode and a negative electrode for a bistable semiconductor laser is compared with predetermined voltage. CONSTITUTION:A means 110 through which voltage between a positive electrode and a negative electrode for a bistable semiconductor laser 400 is compared with predetermined voltage Vth is added to an optical memory constituted by the bistable semiconductor laser 400, the inside of an active layer thereof has a saturable absorption region, and a constant power supply 401, one end thereof is connected to a positive electrode for the bistable semiconductor laser 400 and the other end thereof to a negative electrode respectively. With the bistable semiconductor laser 400, optical informations are written by transmitting in an optical signal Pin over one end 106 of the active layer, and projecting beams acquired from the other end 107 are utilized as the memory informations of the optical memory. Accordingly, no loss is caused to projecting beams, and an optical part, such as a semitransparent mirror, an optical-electrical conversion circuit, etc. and an electronic part are not required, thus acquiring a memory monitor circuit having simple circuit constitution. |
