| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To attain the cost reduction of a semiconductor laser driver by using the anode of a semiconductor laser and the cathode of a photodiode which are enclosed into the same package as the same terminal. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser using an n-type substrate and a monitor photodiode are put into the same package. Then the anode of the semiconductor laser and the cathode of the photodiode serve as the same terminal. Thus a semiconductor laser device 10 has a 3-terminal structure. As a result, the cost reduction is possible with a semiconductor laser driver which is used for optical communication and the optical information processing. |
