| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To enable a semiconductor laser to adjust the amount of emitted light without any risk of breakdown, by providing a control means for regulating the output of the semiconductor laser, and a limiting means for limiting the regulatable range of the control means. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser LD is modulated by an external signal inputted to a buffer circuit More particularly, when a high-level signal is inputted into the buffer circuit 1, the buffer circuit 1 emits a low-level output, whereby a transistor Tr1 is turned OFF and a transistor Tr2 gets continuity. The semiconductor laser LD changes its amount of light according to current I flowing therethrough, and the current I flowing through the semiconductor laser LD is adjusted by a constant-current circuit C. A differential amplifier 2 compares a set value in a volume VR1 and a value of voltage which is obtained by converting the current I flowing through the laser LD by means of a resistance R. The semiconductor laser LD is thus always driven with constant current. According to this construction, the semiconductor laser can be regulated without any risk of breakdown. |
