| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain momentarily stable low and high output beams of light as required by providing a control circuit detecting the output light intensity of a semiconductor laser at the test irradiation by the 3rd current source and controlling the output current of the 2nd current source for recording in response to the content of a detection data. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser 4 is driven by a low output current source 1 and a high output current source 2 with respect to the recording (erasure), reproduction, and a test irradiation current source 3 applying test irradiation is provided newly for the control of high output light intensity. In reproducing the information from a recording medium, an output current I1 of the low output current source 1 flows and the output current I2 of the high output current source 2 and the output current I3 of the test irradiation current source 3 for the information recording and the test irradiation respectively are added to the low output current I1 to drive the semiconductor laser. Thus, the APC at high output oscillation is realized and the APC of the low output oscillation is frozen at the high output oscillation further so as to stabilize the laser light intensity with high output. |
