| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To execute high frequency driving only at the time of reproducing and suspending the high frequency driving in recording and erasing modes to expand the life of a semiconductor laser by controlling a switching circuit connected between a semiconductor laser and a high frequency oscillation circuit by an optical disk device mode control signal. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor laser 1 of the optical disk is directly connected to a high frequency superposing circuit 2 and the periphery of the circuit 2 is electromagnetically shielded 3 to suppress the radiation of electromagnetic waves to the external. A control signal indicating a recording/reproducing/ erasing mode and a data signal at the time of recording are sent from a controller 4 to a laser driving circuit 5 for controlling the circuit 2. The circuit 5 adds the data obtained at the time of recording, and the mode signal obtained at the time of erasing to DC current obtained at the time of reproducing to form a laser driving signal. The circuit 2 is constituted of a high frequency oscillation circuit 10 and a switching circuit 20 for turning on/off the high frequency signal with a mode control signal to execute high frequency driving only at the time of reproducing and suspend the high frequency driving at the time of recording and erasing modes. |
