| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To compensate the variation of a laser output and an output width and to attain a stable gradation expression by controlling a bias current in order that the difference between the threshold current value of a laser and a bias current always becomes constant. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam I radiated from a semiconductor laser device 11 is deflected by a polygonal mirror 2 and condensed on a sensitive drum 23 through an f-theta lens 22 to execute scanning. A control part 14 incorporates a laser output monitor value supplied from a photodiode 12 through an amplifier 13 and an A/D converter 14c in a blanking period. By comparing the monitor value with a prescribed value previously stored in a RAM 14b, control quantity according to the deviation quantity of both values is set in a buffer 15 to alter the value of the bias current IB. Thus, the stable gradation expression can be obtained in spite of the variation of temperature. |
