| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To overwrite and record a signal on an optical disk by an optimum power by independently setting the lower limit and the upper limit of a laser output by first and second current sources respectively, when the signal is recorded. CONSTITUTION:The laser output is monitored by a light receiving element 2, and a first servo circuit (first current source) is constituted of the light receiving element 2, an I/V conversion circuit 3, an error amplifier 4, a sampling circuit 5, the current source 6 and a semiconductor laser LD, and a second servo circuit (second current source) is constituted of a peak holding circuit 7, the error amplifier 8, the current source 9, a switch SW3, the laser LD, the light receiving element 2 and the I/V conversion circuit 3, and a laser output power level is kept higher than the level by the first current source, by the second current source, and a recording power is determined by the output Vr of a voltage source VR. Because in this constitution, the upper and the lower limits of the laser output at the time of the recording are set independently by the first and second current sources, the signal can be overwritten and recorded on the disk by the optimum power. |
