Therefore, the impression of a corrected driving current is continued until the leading time corresponding to the delayed operation starting time of the semiconductor laser Accordingly, the operating time of the laser 1 is made to correspond to the impressing time of the modulation signal and the reproduction of a picture by means of the modulation signal can be performed faithfully.
