| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To remove the superposition of a ripple upon a current which drives a semiconductor laser and to output light from the semiconductor laser by a stable quantity at all times by applying the difference current between driving currents outputted by 1st and 2nd constant voltage circuits to the semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with the 1st constant voltage circuit 2 which varies and outputs a 1st output potential in plural stages and the 2nd constant voltage circuit 4 which varies and outputs a 2nd output potential in plural stages, resistor circuits RR1 and RR2 which generate plural stages of difference currents according to the relative potential relation between the 1st and 2nd output potentials are connected to the 1st constant voltage circuit 2 and 2nd constant voltage circuit 4, and the plural stages of difference currents which are outputted through those resistor circuits RR1 and RR2 are applied to a switching circuit 6. Consequently, the semiconductor laser is driven with the difference currents wherein the ripple contained in a supply power source is canceled and such a beam with flat light quantity intensity is outputted stably by the semiconductor laser. |
