| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To constantly stabilize an light emitting power by detecting a part of the light emitting light of a semiconductor laser with a light detector and controlling a laser driving circuit with an error signal for the reference value of the detecting output. CONSTITUTION:The light having an oscillating power P1 emitted from a semicon ductor laser 1 is made incident on a detector 10 and a galvanomirror 12 at a constant ratio by a spectroscope 16. The light made incident on the mirror 12 irradiates an optical disk 1 The reflecting light is made incident through the mirror 12 and the spectroscope 16 and through a corner mirror 13 and a spectroscope 17 on servo signal detectors 14 and 15. On the other hand, a part of the light dispersed by the spectroscope 16 is returned to a semiconductor laser 1 and the power of the laser 1 is changed from P1 to P2. Consequently, a current to flow at the detector 10 is also changed, the output of an amplifier 19 is changed from E1 to E2 and compared with a reference voltage by a compa rator 22.
