| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To accurately control the optical output of forward light by separating a part of the forward light from a semiconductor laser beam source by a critical angle prism, and detecting separated light by plural optical detectors. CONSTITUTION:The forward light 12a and 12b emitted from two semiconductor laser beam sources in a semiconductor laser array 6 are received by the optical detectors 15a and 15b as the reflected light 12e and 12f from a beam splitter 18, respectively, and are detected at a subtractor 23 and an amplifier 24, separately. The optical output of the forward light 12a and 12b emitted from the semiconductor laser beam sources are controlled by driving circuits 25 and 26, respectively based on the above detected optical output. In such a way, it is possible to accurately control the optical output of the forward light. |
