CONSTITUTION:When image signals 101 - 103 are input to input terminals a1 - c1, a driving current flows to oscillation regions 29a - 29c when an image signal is ON, and a bias current flows thereto when the signal is OFF. Thus, the temperature of a cavity is raised by the generation of a natural light of an output Pb with the bias current, the output of a laser beam to be disposed at the original position of the oscillation region adjacently by its thermal interference is reduced, and the output of a laser beam when the signal is ON is held at substantially constant Pd over the all regions. |
