| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for power adjusting operation at the time of the replacement of a semiconductor laser unit by a substrate including a comparator which compares the output of a monitor output amplifier with a reference voltage to control the driving circuit of a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor laser unit 7 is equipped integrally with the gain adjustable monitor output amplifier 8, a reference voltage generating circuit 9, and the comparator 14. The output voltage Vm of the monitor output amplifier 8 is adjusted by individual units previously so that the output power of the semiconductor laser unit 7 matches an internal reference voltage Vref where a desired value (standard set power) is obtained on a photosensitive body. Consequently, no adjustment is required at a site when the semiconductor laser unit is replaced, the replacing operation is performed speedily, and the compatibility of the semiconductor laser unit is improved. |
