| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To always send prescribed maximum output and minimum output by controlling the maximum output and the minimum output of a laser beam, respectively by comprising respective feedback loop. CONSTITUTION:Feedback control are applied on the maximum output and the minimum output of the laser beam L1 emitted from a laser device LD, respectively based on first and second hold voltages VHH and VHL obtained by sample-holding light receiving output SPDIO obtained from a light receiving means PD with the timing SPH and SPL of first and second values of a recording signal SREC, and a maximum value error voltage VRH and a minimum value error voltage VRL consisting of the difference of a maximum value reference voltage VREH and a minimum value reference voltage VERL. In such a way, it is possible to always send the prescribed maximum output and minimum output even when the fluctuation of the maximum output or the minimum output of the laser beam L1, or that of the duty of the recording signal SREC occurs. |
