| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To make the driving circuit for a multi-beam compact, and also, to use a reference voltage in common and to suppress the fluctuation of an optical output by selecting successively a monitor signal by one each by a time division from plural photodetectors, calculating a control voltage from a monitor signal and supplying it to the corresponding sample holding circuit. CONSTITUTION:A first control circuit 40 selects one by a time division from monitor currents IM1 - IMN of N pieces of photodetectors PD1 - PDN by analog switches 41 - 43, and inputs it to a current-voltage transducer 14. Subsequently, a CPU 49 calculates a control voltage VSD by a prescribed operation based on an A/D-converted voltage VMD. The calculated control voltage VSD is held in one corresponding circuit of sample holding circuits SH1 - SHN through an D/A converter 51 and a second control circuit 53. This operation is repeated successively, and a control voltage corresponding to each photodetector is derived. In such a way, a driving circuit for a multi-beam becomes compact, the reference voltage is used in common and the fluctuation of an optical output is suppressed. |
