| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of influence to the oscillation wavelength of a semiconductor laser due to the color aberration of a lens by inserting a wavelength selecting filter having a peak wavelength equal to the oscillation peak wavelength of the semiconductor laser into an optical system arranged between the semiconductor laser and an objective lens. CONSTITUTION:The wavelength selecting filter 9 is inserted into the optical axis of the optical system arranged between the semiconductor laser 2 and the objective lens 6. The filter 9 is formed by a dielectric multilayer film or the like so as to have a transmission band peak wavelength equal to the oscillation peak wavelength of the laser 2. Consequently, reflected light having a wavelength causing a different focal distance due to the color aberration of the lens is prevented from being returned to the laser 2 and the generation of influence to the oscillation wavelength of the laser 2 is prevented. |
