| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To inform that the replacement time of a laser diode is getting near by a method wherein the rise time of a monitor signal is checked, and a warning signal is outputted corresponding to the delay of the monitor signal. CONSTITUTION:When a monitored voltage Vmnt exceeds a reference voltage Vcmp, a comparator 25 outputs an inverted signal and detects the rise time of the monitored voltage. A first delay circuit 59 outputs a first delay signal after a delay time set responding to the trailing edge of a lighting signal LDON. A second delay circuit 60 outputs a second delay signal after a delay time set responding to the first delay signal output has elapsed. |
