英文摘要PURPOSE:To surely and easily remember a multiplex recording image by each wavelength by performing chaotic memory search by performing the remembrance of a memory by a wavelength multiplex hologram by wondering chaos light i.e. light in which a frequency and a waveform are fluctuated. CONSTITUTION:The self-oscillation of the chaos light is performed, and information stored in a hologram memory part 4 in advance by external light as a hologram with a composite resonator 5 is remembered by performing wondering by the chaos light, and emitted light is generated in a perpendicular direction from a semiconductor laser 3 by supplying a DC driving current for the semiconductor laser 3, and it is introduced to the base of a transistor HBT 2, and the laser 3 is driven by the output of the transistor HBT 2, and a positive feedback operation is performed, then, the self-oscillation of the laser 3 is performed. At this time, the oscillation of the chaos light can be performed by the positive feedback operation by the HBT 2 having broad band characteristic exceeding 1GHz with high photo-electric conversion efficiency and high amplification factor based on the fluctuation of oscillation. Thereby, it is possible to surely and easily remember the multiplex recording image by each wavelength by performing the chaotic memory search.
