| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To correct the dark current of a photodiode while measuring the dark current by forming a feedback loop of the photodiode, a counter, and a DA converter. CONSTITUTION:The output of the photodiode 3 is returned through a comparator 4, the counter 8, and the DA converter 10, but the output of the converter 10 is connected with such a polarity that the output of the comparator 4 decreases, so the output of the diode 3 approximates to zero. For the purpose, when a power source 2 is turned off to turn off a diode 1, the dark current flowing through the diode 3 is canceled and also measured at the same time. |
