| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce optical output variation noizes, and also to increase the light utilizing efficiency, by feeding back a prescribed quantity of a reflected ray from a disk used for reading out a signal of a semiconductor laser, to the semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:A luminous flux of a laser diode 1 becomes a parallel luminous flux by a coupling lens 2, passes through a 1/4 wavelength plate 4 whose optical axis is set to 60 deg. against a polarized prism 3 and the incident polarizing direction, and is focused to a signal face of a disk 6. The reflected ray goes backward, and light of 80% is reflected by the polarized prism 3, is made incident to a photodetector 7, and also light of 20% transmits the polarized prism 3 and is fed back to the laser diode Accordingly, a noise which follows a variation of a longitudinal mode of the laser 1 is reduced, a signal of a good quality is obtained, and also the light utilizing efficiency is increased. |
