| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To avoid the reincidence to a laser diode due to the fact that the emitted light of the diode is reflected by interposing a rod lens and an optical glass obliquely polished on one side surface between the diode and a ferrule coupled to the optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:A laser diode module is prepared by associating a receptacle 3 containing a laser diode 1 and a ferrule 4 mounted with an optical fiber 5. In this structure, a through hole is opened oppositely to the diode 1 in the receptacle 3, a rod lens 2 and an optical glass 8 obliquely cut at the surface opposite to the lens 2 are contained in the hole, and liquid matching agent 9 such as silicone oil or the like having a refractive index substantially similar to that of the glass 8 is covered on the outer end focusing point g of the glass 8. Subsequently, the ferrule 4 is mounted on the receptacle 3 while contacting with the agent 9, and fixed with a cap nut 6.
