| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To suppress the reincident of an emitted light to a laser diode by the reflection on the end face of an optical fiber by fixing a cut or polished optical glass obliquely to an optical axis in a case, and mounting a matching agent at the contact point with the optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:The light emitted from a laser diode chip (a) alters its optical path via a rod lens 2, incident to one surface (b) of an optical glass cut or polished obliquely, and passed to be condensed to one point (g) of the other surface. Since the end face of the optical fiber 4 is contacted directly with the focusing point (g) and the matching agent 10 is mounted, the light does not reflect by Fresnel but is coupled to the optical fiber 4. The agent 10 is considered as the transparent liquid or solid solution substantially similar to the optical fiber in refractive index such as a silicone oil. The reflected light on the surface (b) is not reincident to the chip (a). |
