| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of location of a light point for accurately mounting a light emitting element on a specified position on the mounting surface of a member by a method wherein the light emitting element itself to be mounted is made to emit light to utilize the light for locating itself. CONSTITUTION:The position of a pellet 1 on a stage 3 is roughly corrected making use of the appearance of the pellet The pellet 1 on the stage 3 is depressed by a conductive vacuum collet 12 making the pellet 1 to emit light by means of supplying the pellet 1 with current from a power supply 13 inserted between the conductive stage 3 and the conductive collet 12. The distribution pattern of the light 4 emitted from a light point 14 on one cleavage plane of the pellet 1 is detected to measure a slip location of the pellet 1 on the stage 3. On the other hand, a pellet check is performed by the light emitted from the other cleavage plane of the pellet 1 simultaneously with the measurement of the slip location. The position of the pellet 1 on the stage 3 may be finely adjusted in accordance with the measurement and the finely adjusted pellet 1 is picked up by the vacuum collet 12 to be forwarded to the mounting surface of a heat sink 7. |
