| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain an LD module having stable light wavelength output by stabilizing the light wavelength and light output with longitudinal output lights similarly in length of the light outputted around a laser diode of the width of a heat sink mounted with a laser diode and hermetically sealing an LD, a lens, a half mirror and a band filter. CONSTITUTION:A light emitted from one of LDs 1 such as from the front is photomatched by lenses 4, 5 and incident to an optical fiber 6. The light emitted from the fiber 6 becomes an output light, but party refelcted by a half mirror 18, incident to a photodector 9, the temperature of the LD1 is altered by the output signal, and controlled so that the light output becomes constant. The light emitted from the rear is photomatched by a lens 3, divided by a half mirror 8, one of which is incident to a photodetector 10 to generate a voltage proportional to the incident light power, amplified by an amplifier 12, and a voltage P1 is inputted to a divider 14. The other is incident through a BPF 9 to the photodetector 10 to generate a voltage proportional to the incident power, amplified by an amplifier 13, and a voltage P2 is inputted to the divider 14, and controlled by the output so that P2/P1 becomes constant. |
