| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To enhance the apparent breakdown resistance strength of a light emitting device by containing a resistor connected in parallel with a terminal for externally connecting, enhancing the apparent threshold value of a light emitting element, and alleviating the temperature characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element LD and a resistor 32 are bonded and mounted on a submount 26. The one electrodes of the resistor 32, the element LD and a photodetector PD are respectively connected via internal wirings 28, 29, 30, and one of the wirings 28, 30 is connected with externally connecting terminals 16, 18. The other electrodes of the detector PD, resistor 32 and element LD are commonly connected with a case 12, and the case 12 is used as the common terminal. Series resistors Rs are interposed in series by the submount 26 between the other electrode of the element LD and the case 12. The resistor 32 is connected in parallel between the terminal 16 connected with the one electrode of the element LD and the case 12. |
