| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To permit easy operation and to enable improvement in the degree of optical coupling by using a square-shaped bushing in the stage of fixing the bushing for an electrode lead to a housing to which a semiconductor element is mounted thereby using butt welding with laser light for welding. CONSTITUTION:A notched surface 7 is provided to the body part 2A of the housing 2 to which the semiconductor element 6 is mounted and a slotted part 21 is formed so as to intersect orthogonally therewith. The square bushing 22 is used for the bushing to be inserted with the electrode lead 4 Fixing of the bushing is executed by bringing the bushing 22 into press contact with the housing 2 and fixing the ridgeline part of the bushing 22 and the surface 7 by butt welding with laser light 24. Since butt welding can be used for welding, the operation is extremely easy. The element 6 is kept free from undue stress by welding and therefore the degree of optical coupling is stabilized. |
