| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To eliminate the projection or the local agglomeration of a brazing material at the periphery of a laser pellet by disposing the material only on a region directly under the pellet. CONSTITUTION:A laser pellet 1 is fusion-bonded to a heat sink 3 through a brazing material 2. Since the material 2 is limited to the portion directly under the pellet 1, no brazing material is disposed on the portion except the pellet of the heat sink 3. Accordingly, no projection nor agglomeration occurs. Thus, a laser light can be produced not only at a main beam side 4 but at a monitor side 5 without defect. The possibility of shortcircuiting a P-N junction 6 is also eliminated. |
