| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To drive the laser on high frequency current and DC current by a method wherein a DC power source is impressed on a series circuit and a high frequency power source on a coil by connecting a surge absorption capacitor in series with the series circuit of a semiconductor laser and the coil. CONSTITUTION:The DC power source 4 is impressed on the laser element 1 through the coil 2, and the surge current is absorbed to the capacitor 3. The high frequency power source 5 is impressed on the element via coil 2 coupled in transformer, and the leakage of the high frequency current to the DC power source side is blocked by the capacitor 3. This construction enables the laser to be driven in the form of superposing DC and high frequency current and then yields the the laser drive circuit of little noise by connection of protection capacitors. |
