| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain multi-wave laser beam source, wavelength intervals thereof are kept constant and through which narrow wavelength intervals can be realized, by providing laser element means each driving a plurality of laser elements for a second laser beam source by each axial-mode output beams from a first laser beam source. CONSTITUTION:Reference laser beams 2 projected from a master semiconductor laser 1 conducting multi-axial mode oscillation are coupled with an incident-side optical fiber 4 through an optical isolator 3. Reference laser beams 2 coupled with the incident-side optical fiber 4 are separated by an optical separator 5, and coupled with an optical fiber bundle 6 consisting of first, second, third. tenth optical fibers 11, 12, 13.20 at every axial mode. Light beams 21-30 having wavelengths lambda1, lambda2-lambda10 severally coupled with these first-tenth optical fibers 11-20 are injected respectively to first, second-tenth slave semiconductor lasers 31, 32-40. Accordingly, the first-tenth slave semiconductor lasers 31-40 are each injected and synchronized at the same wavelengths as injecting holes, and output beams 41, 42-50 having wavelengths lambda1, lambda2-lambda10 are projected respectively. |
