| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To adjust support members for an optical fiber by the fine displacement of two degree of freedom or three degree of freedom, to improve optical coupling efficiency and to obtain a maximum optical output by integrally forming a plurality of the mutually orthogonal members in the support members and finely moving the support members at every plural member. CONSTITUTION:Regarding the alignment of optical axes, an optical coupling tip 2a as the tip section of an optical fiber 2 inserted into a fiber guide 6 is inserted into a fiber fitting hole 10 bored to a horizontal member 9-2 for a fine adjustment member 9, and fixed by adhesives, and the alignment of the optical axes of laser beams from a laser diode chip 1 and the optical fiber 2 is adjusted finely. The optical fiber is moved minutely in the vertical direction Y by bending the horizontal member 9-2 by a fine moving jig, and shifted finely in the horizontal direction X by similarly bending a vertical member 9-1 by the fine moving jig, and these several member is deformed minutely by plastic deformation. Accordingly, the alignment of the optical axes of laser beams from the laser diode chip 1 and the tip 2a of the optical fiber 2 fixed to the fine adjusting member 9 can be adjusted by the fine displacement of two degree of freedom. |
