| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To ensure optical characteristics stable irrespectively of deterioration with age by aligning the axes of a lens holder and a sleeve holder holding and fixing a fiber, incorporating a welded internal module into a package and constituting a DIP type LD module. CONSTITUTION:An optical axis is adjusted previously on the outside of a fixing package 1 by using a LD 5, a spherical top rod lens 17 and a tilt top fiber 19 as fundamental optical parts, and these optical parts are incorporated into the package. These optical parts are assembled by joining a mount 15 to the periphery of a stem 14, with which the LD 5 and a PD 6 are die-bonded through a heat sink 4, through soldering, etc. A spherical top rod lens 17 is fitted into a lens holder 18, the axes of the LD 5 and the spherical top rod lens 17 are aligned, and the mount 15 and the lens holder 18 are welded. A holding member 16 to which a thermo-module 3 and a thermistor 10 are mounted is fixed previously into the package 1 through soldering. Accordingly, the axes are not displaced on the alignment and fixing of the axes, and the optical characteristics stable irrespective of deterioration with age can be maintained. |
