| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent the production of noise, by providing a noise detector for detecting production of noise and a control circuit for changing at least one of the set light amount and the set temperature inputted to respective controllers. CONSTITUTION:The device according to the present invention is provided with a light-amount sensor 18 which is assembled integrally with a semiconductor laser 10 for constituting a light source unit, with a temperature actuator 20 and with a temperature sensor 22. A semiconductor laser controller 24, monitoring the light amount of a laser beam 12, drives the semiconductor laser 10 by supplying current thereto such that the monitored light amount is corrected to a predetermined amount of light previously set by a control circuit 28. A temperature controller 26, monitoring the temperature of the semiconductor laser 10 inputted by the temperature sensor 22, actuates a temperature actuator 20 such that the monitored temperature is corrected to a predetermined temperature previously set by the control circuit 28. Output from the light amount sensor 18 is sent to a mode hopping noise detector 30 and output of the detector 30 is sent to the control circuit 28. |
