| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain the light emitting device which is hard to be influenced by the reflected light by using the element of high reliability and which does not cause a decline of coupling efficiency by arranging the high-reliability capacity element in parallel to the semiconductor laser current injection terminal. CONSTITUTION:A heat sink 5 and a light modulation element 3 are mounted on a gold-plated copper block 6. On the heat sink 5, a capacitor or a capacitive element 2 composed of a semiconductor P-N junction element is mounted near a semiconductor laser 1 and is electrically connected in parallel. The output light from the semiconductor laser 1 is connected to the light modulation element 3 by a lod lens 4.
