| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To accurately detect light by interrupting the introduction of light except the emitting beam from the rear end of a chip at a photodetector contained therein for monitoring a light output. CONSTITUTION:A light intercepting plate 6 having a semiconductor laser chip 1, a glass window 4 at the rear of the chip, and a window 6a for passing only the emitting beam from the rear end in parallel with the window 4 is mounted on a heat sink 5 at the side of the window 5 therein. And a photodetector 2 for monitoring the light output is provided at the rear. After the photodetector reflects the emitting beam from the front end by the window 6a, it is incident for only the emitting beam from the rear end and detects an output. Returning light 8 and other external light than the light 8 pass the window 4, and are then interrupted by the plate 6 provided at the front side by the photodetector 2. |
