| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To stabilize an oscillation frequency by integrally coupling the oblique surface of a first optical fiber with the oblique surface of a second optical fiber formed with a mirror film at one end to form external resonance means, and optically coupling the coupler with a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:A laser light of a semiconductor laser 2 is emitted to optical fibers 10, 16, and partly optically resonated between an external resonator of a half mirror film 13, the optical fiber 10 and a mirror film 12 and the laser 2. The light passed through the mirror 13 is supplied to a monitor photodriver 14. The laser light of the laser 2 is passed through a half mirror 18, and linearly propagated in an optical fiber 17. The incident laser light is partly reflected on the mirror 18, and partly supplied to a monitor photodiode 19. The residue is supplied to optical resonance in the resonator formed between a half mirror film 16A and the laser 2. |
