| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of finishing plating, and to improve quality by brazing a heat sink of copper or the like, on the surface of which an electroless nickel plating layer is executed, onto a metallic outer ring in which a lead is sealed with glass. CONSTITUTION:A press-worked metallic outer ring 12 has circular holes 13, 13 for sealing leads at two positions at intervals of 180 deg. in a peripheral section, and the leads 15a, 15b are sealed with glass 16, 16, inserted into the circular holes 13, 13. An electroless nickel plating layer 18 is formed onto the surface of a heat sink 17 made of oxygen-free copper brazed onto the metallic outer ring 12. Consequently, the heat sink 17 is protected by the electroless nickel plating layer 18, and is difficult to be flawed, thus allowing finishing plating through a barrel plating method. Accordingly, cost is reduced because mandays on working are decreased and throughout is increased, and the quality of plating can be stabilized because plating thickness is equalized. |
