| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To stabilize the radiation power regardless of the return light without increasing the scale of constitution by providing a photodiode at a desired position. CONSTITUTION:A photodiode 9 is set between a semiconductor laser chip 1 and a coupling lens 3 and therefore the radiation power is satisfactorily monitored regardless of the return light. Based on this monitoring result, a semiconductor laser driving circuit 11 undergoes the negative feedback control. Thus the radiation power is stabilized regardless of the return light without increasing the scale of constitution. |
