| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a semiconductor laser module, and to reduce cost by precisely forming a pattern having a desired shape for arranging a semiconductor laser and a collimation lens and molding the pattern to a desired form. CONSTITUTION:First, a laser-beam outgoing surface in front (the collimation lens 3 side regarded as the front and the reverse side as the rear) of a semiconductor laser 1 is conformed and mounted to an edge on the collimation lens 3 side of a semiconductor-laser positioning pattern 5 shaped to a heat sink 2, and a collimation lens 3 is set up in conformity with a collimation-lens positioning pattern 4. Accordingly, the laser-beam outgoing surface in front of the semiconductor laser 1 can be disposed at the focus of the collimation lens 3 at all times, and laser beams injected from the rear are rectilinearly propagated without being reflected by the heat sink 2. |
