| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a stable laser emitting beam irrespective of a variation in an external environmental temperature by providing a heating/cooling element for holding the interior of a case at a predetermined temperature and a temperature detector. CONSTITUTION:A peltier element 6 is provided as a heating/cooling element between the joint 3c of a stationary base 3 and its heat sink 7. A thermocouple 8 is provided as a temperature detector in contact with part of the base 3. The input/output terminals of the element 6 are led through a terminal 9b, and the thermocouple 8 is externally led through a terminal 9c, and the terminals 9b, 9c and the terminal 9a of the laser 1 are attached through insulators to a stem 4. When the detected temperature is lower than a set temperature by a temperature regulator, the element 6 is operated as a heating element, while when the detected temperature is higher than a set temperature, it is operated as a cooling element. Accordingly, the temperature in a cap 5 is so regulated as to become the set temperature on the basis of the output signal of the thermocouple 8. Thus, stable optical characteristics are held. |
