| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To readjust the displacement of an optical axis due to the release of a remaining strain or a clamping force and to obtain a high optical output coupling efficiency by forming a stepped part at a part of a supporting member for holding a ferrule attached with an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:When an assembling jig is removed, an optical axis displacement occurs. Since the displacement of the optical axis forms a place to be easily deformed at an angle and in one direction at part of a supporting member 9, i.e., a stepped part 10 to be deformed by tension or bending, when part of the member 9 is bent by holding, it can be bent in a direction for increasing an optical output to be adjusted at its optical axis. A small permanent deformation occurs by pulling or compressing the member 9 integral with a ferrule 11 to adjust the positional displacement in an optical axis direction. Thus, the displacement of the optical axis due to the release of the residual strain or clamping force can be readjusted to obtain a high optical output coupling efficiency. |
