| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To easily adjust the title laser diode module at the time of assembling it and to improve its temperature characteristics by setting up a single mode fiber on a position around a Gaussian image face generated by a lens in the reverse direction against the position of a circle of least confusion generated by the lens. CONSTITUTION:Beams radiated from a laser diode LD1 is converged by the rod lens 2 and the converged beams 4 draw the shown loci respectively, so that a Gaussian image face 5 and a circle 6 of least confusion are formed. The single mode fiber is fixed on a set position 7 e.g. by adjusting the quantity of respective beams projected around the Gaussian image face 5 in the reverse direction against the circle 6 of least confusion and made incident into the single mode fiber 3 at a position where no divergent interference pattern is generated. Since the quantity of respective beams made incident into the single mode fiber at the position where no divergent interference pattern is generated to fix the single mode fiber, a tolerance range for optical axis matching can be expanded. In addition, a change in coupling efficiency to be generated by the variation of wavelength due to the temperature change of the LD1 can be reduced. |
