| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized device by a method wherein the fixing stand of a laser chip is bent forward from a chip die bond surface, an extending part is arranged on said chip die bond surface, and the upper surface of the fixing stand containing the expanding part is made a die bond surface to fix a photodetector for signal reading. CONSTITUTION:One vertical surface 11a of the side surfaces of a fixing stand 11 is made the die bond surface of a chip 2. The fixing stand 11 is bent forward from the die bond surface 11a of the chip 2, and an extending part 11' extending in at least one direction of right and left directions is arranged. The upper surface 11b of the fixing stand 11 containing said extending part 11' is made a die bond surface to fix a photodetector 4 for signal reading. Thereby the small-sized device is obtained, and the photodetector for signal reading can be arranged at an arbitrary position. |
