| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the optical coupling of the title device and, at the same time, to reduce the production cost by fixing an optical fiber, with its leading end being inserted into and fixed to a fiber guide, to the main surface of an optical element by means of the fiber guide section by soldering. CONSTITUTION:This optoelectronic device has such s structure that an optical fiber 1, with its leading end being inserted into and fixed to a fiber guide 2, is fixed to the main surface of a surface emission type semiconductor laser element 15 by means of the fiber guide section 2 by soldering 5 so that the leading end of the optical fiber 1 can be faced to the light emitting area 27 of the laser element 15. Therefore, the optical coupling between the laser element 15 and optical fiber 1 hardly deteriorates and the reliability of the coupling is improved. Moreover, since the fiber guide 2 of this optoelectronic device is directly fixed to the main surface of the surface emission type semiconductor laser element 15 and the optical fiber 1 is fitted to the fiber guide 2, the number of parts and cost of this device can be reduced. |
