| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To facilitate alignment adjustment and to stabilize optical coupling efficiency for a long period by bringing flat surfaces into mutual contact, soldering a mount and a lens holder together while a conical projection part is put in a conical recessed part, and charging solder between the projection part and recessed part. CONSTITUTION:The opposite sides of the mount 2 and lens holder 4 are formed flatly, the conical projection part 4 is provided to one of the flat surface, and the conical recessed part 6 which has a conical surface shifted from the conical surface of the conical recessed part 6 in parallel is provided to the other surface. Then while the flat surfaces are brought into contact with each other and the conical projection part 6 is put in the conical recessed part 6, the mount 2 and lens holder 6 are soldered, and the solder 7 is charged between the projection part 5 and recessed part 6. The mount may be provided with the recessed part and the lens holder may be provided with the projection part. Consequently, the alignment adjustment is facilitated and the high optical coupling efficiency is maintained stably for a long period. |
