| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To keep a laser ray source unit at a constant temperature by a method wherein the laser ray unit source is housed in an airtight case provided with a temperature sensor and a temperature adjusting element which heats or cools the case. CONSTITUTION:A laser ray source unit 1 provided with a semiconductor laser is housed in a case 10, and laser beams 3a-3j emitted from the laser ray source unit 1 are projected outward from a device penetrating through a projecting window 10A. The case 10 is heated by a heater 11, and a temperature sensor 12 makes the heater 11 stop operating when the detected temperature exceeds a specified value and start operating when the detected temperature is below the specified value so as to keep the case 10 at a constant temperature, so that the temperature of the laser ray source unit 1 inside the case 10 can be kept at a constant temperature without having the outside air cool the laser rays source unit 1 and consequently the temperature gradient is prevented from occurring inside the laser ray source unit And, when an outside temperature exceeds the set temperature of the case 10, a cooling element is attached to the case 10 in place of the heater 11 so as to adjust the temperature of the case 10 to be always below the outside temperature. |
