| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a good efficiency of coupling to an optical fiber and to reduce a displacement of a relative position between a light-emitting element and a spherical lens by a method wherein a positioning groove for the spherical lens is formed in a mount, a light-emitting point of the light-emitting element is situated nearly in the center of this positioning groove and the spherical lens is situated and fixed in a prescribed position from the light-emitting element. CONSTITUTION:A positioning groove 5 for a spherical lens 2 is formed in a heat sink 3; a light-emitting point of an LD chip 1 is detected by using a CCD camera or the line and is then adjusted finely in an X-axis direction in such a way that the light- emitting point of the LD chip 1 is situated on the center of the positioning groove 5; the spherical lens 2 is fixed, on the heat sink 3, to the positioning groove 5 for the spherical lens 2 by using a UV resin 4. During this process, a position in a Y-axis direction is decided by the positioning groove 5. Regarding a z-axis direction, while light of the LD chip 1 is emitted and a shape of a luminous flux transmitted the spherical lens 2 is monitored, the spherical lens is adjusted finely in the z-axis direction in such a way that its radiated light becomes a nearly parallel luminous flux; the UV resin 4 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays; the UV resin 4 is hardened; the spherical lens 2 is fixed to the heat sink 3. |
