| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an expensive outer package member which is low in coefficient of heat expansion and to reduce a manufacture cost by fixing a spherical lens only fitting and pressing an annular pressure ring in the outer package member which is provided with a thin cylinder part. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser LD pellet 1, an optical fiber 3, and the spherical lens 2 are fixed coaxially and coupled optically in the photosemiconductor element module, where the spherical lens 2 is fixed strongly between the thin cylinder part 2 and pressure ring 7 by engaging the spherical lens 2 to the thin cylinder part 10 in the hollow part 6a of the outer package part 6 and then fitting and pressing the pressure ring 7 in the outer package member 6. At this time, the pressing-in force of the pressure ring 7 is adjusted so that the thin cylinder part 10 deforms by being pressed by the spherical lens 2 within its elastic limit, thereby preventing the spherical lens 2 from loosing owing to the temperature variation. The pressure ring 7 is pressed in and then its peripheral edge part 7a is welded with a YAG laser beam to fix the ring more strongly. |
