| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To oscillate in-phase laser beam at high speed by arranging semicon ductor lasers at a distance where laser oscillation beam energy can be coupled and inputting light energy to the semiconductor lasers from outside in a biased state. CONSTITUTION:When input light 13 is made incident, oscillation laser beam 14 is obtained and the oscillation leak light of the laser light 14 gives an adjacent laser a gain and is coupled to oscillate laser beam 15 and 16, so that laser beams 17-20 are oscillated. When a biased light receiving device 22 is connected and variable resistors 24 and 25 are adjusted, all the lasers can be stopped by the output laser beam 20 from oscillating. The lasers return to the original bias state after the oscillation is stopped, oscillate again so as to make a sequential scan with the input pulse light 13, and then stop. Consequently, the fast laser scanner which is uniformed in the phase of an oscillation vertical mode can be obtained. |
